• Ridiculously Easy Beer Bread

    Beer bread? Yeah, it’s a thing. And a pretty tasty thing that lends itself well to all kinds of interpretations. Really, you can’t possibly screw this up, unless you use Budweiser, Coors, or some other shit brew. Get a good beer. One of your favorites. Something nice for fall, like the  Pumpkin Ale from Wasatch Brewery, or Baba Black lager from Uintah. Get creative. This recipe is WAY better when you use a beer that you love. Did I mention how easy it is?

    3 cups flour
    4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    12 ounces of you favorite beer
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Preheat your oven to 375°.

    Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.

    Sift the dry ingredients together, then add the beer and mix just until incorporated. Place the dough into the loaf pan, and back for 45 minutes or so, just buntil the top is a light golden brown. Let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes before serving. Tada.
