    Chef J,
    I just wanted to let you know I really appreciate you sharing your passion and love of food and all that it encompasses. I feel fortunate to be a part of the Cultural Aspects of Food class. You have helped bring back a passion in me about food, that I left behind many years ago. I had forgotten for a time, the wonders and beauty of food. One thing I have always know is that food has a different element when it is cook with love and you helped me remember that. Today I made rice pudding and shared it with my family. Nice website too!
