Yeah, you read that right.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not going all Vegan-style, gluten-free, dirt-eatin’ fool. No, no! I just figure after damn near 40 years of feeding my body some generally unhealthy stuff, maybe it’s time for a good ol’ spring cleaning. Besides, it looks tasty, right? I mean, just look at that beverage there – lemony goodness with a nice garnish. Looks like you could probably get one in any club or bar.
Don’t bet on it.
It’s basically a mixture of lemon juice, cayenne, and maple syrup in water, and that’s all you live on for 10 days.
I’m just interested in my body being healthy, and changing some of my eating habits and getting the nutrients my body needs, and I figured this’d be a good way to start.
Now, I’m not jumping on the wagon today, or tomorrow, or even next week. I want to know if any of you have done a claense, and what your experience was.

I have done it a couple times. Call me if you need tips, do you have a juicer?
It is a big commitment and I personally get my eating habits adjusted before so my system isn’t so shocked. If you are cleansing to loose weight I will warn you that it is only temporary if eating habits stay the same.
I preffer to do an all juice cleanse fast then the lemonade one. I got the same effects but I felt much more “with it” and not starving. I have a book on it if you wanna try it
good luck J!

I started this cleanse and it felt awesome. (I didn’t finish it because I got in my car accident and was advised to stop till I was healed).
The first 3 days, from what I hear, are the hardest.
A lot of websites say buy the book, but its really not that necessary, so long as you have the right ingredients, do your salt water wash or laxative tea.
Much much easier if you do it with someone. I’m willing to do it with you. You can do lemons or limes, and they are on sale for way cheap at wal mart right now.

Jim’s done it a couple of times. He always feels better after. Have you considered doing the Arbonne 7 day? I’m not sure how it compares but might be a good starter for you…

J I would not recommend this diet for you. I have a feeling your eating habits and mine may be a little similar. Tina and I did this diet together. She was able to do it, I wasn’t. She always eats better than I do and I think that may have helped her. I’ve learned that my body really doesn’t work so well for me without some meat in my diet, it’s just the truth.
I went a few days on this lemonade diet but not with much luck. It made me feel horrible.
There are other cleanses available that I believe do a better job and aren’t quite so hard on your body. Check out this one for example: http://www.drnatura.com
Look at some of the pictures too, I’d bet that never happens to people that do the lemonade cleanse. The old saying that if you swallow your gum it stays stuck in your system for years I think just might have some truth to it after seeing some of those pictures.
